• Subscription prices, plan tiers, included credits and feature sets may be modified, increased, decreased, renamed, merged, split or discontinued at any time without prior individual notice.
• The number of credits required to perform any generation, edit, upscale, lipsync, avatar creation, voice clone, or any other action may change at any time to reflect updated provider costs or business needs.
• AI models offered on the platform (including but not limited to Seedance, Kling, Veo, Sora, Luma Ray, Runway, Nano Banana, GPT Image, FLUX, HeyGen avatars, ElevenLabs voices and Topaz upscaling) may be added, removed, replaced, renamed, version-upgraded, downgraded, rate-limited, gated to specific plans, or made temporarily or permanently unavailable at any time.
• Promotional offers, discount codes, free credits, referral commissions and bonus campaigns are temporary by nature and may be withdrawn, modified or expired at any time.
• Credits already purchased are consumed at the credit cost in effect at the time the action is performed, which may differ from the credit cost in effect when the credits were purchased.
• Where required, material changes to recurring subscription pricing will take effect from the next billing cycle. Continued use of the service after any such change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing and terms.

Except where required by applicable law, we are under no obligation to provide refunds, credits, or compensation as a result of changes to pricing, plans, credit costs, or model availability.
